  9. in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, 
  10. currentness, and otherwise. The entire risk as to the 
  11. results and performance of the software is assumed by you. 
  12. The exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted by 
  13. some jurisdictions. The above exclusion may not apply to

  27. damages from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the 
  28. form of the action (whether in contract, tort (including 
  29. negligence), product liability or otherwise), be limited 
  30. to $1.
